Adam Johnson resides in Elizabethtown, and has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1986, most recently with Frontier Communications before leaving to form PhoneDRx. Educational degrees include a BA from Penn State University in 1986, and JD from Cooley Law School in 1993.
"AJ" has served in various capacities including residential and business dial tone installer, residential and business high speed internet installer, T-1 and PRI circuit installer, business telephone systems installer, business telephone systems programmer, business telephone systems salesman, business telephone systems trainer, business contract administrator, business RFP reviewer, and business project engineer. PhoneDRx combines all of the past positions.
Awards are numerous for outstanding performance and customer satisfaction, including the coveted Council of Leaders Award from Frontier Communications for work in Tennessee on a special VOIP application. PhoneDRx continues to receive numerous accolades from satisfied customers for quality workmanship.
Factory certifications include Nortel, Avaya, Mitel, Panasonic, Comdial, Leviton, and other quality telecom manufacturers. Technical education is ongoing.
